AMARULA: What are you doing here Zulu?? This is my seat!

ZULU: No it isn’t Amarula. I use it all the time to enjoy sunpuddles. Look, I’ll show you how it’s done!

AMARULA: No way! Let’s just each stick to our own corners.

ZULU: Fine have it your way!

ZULU: Are you sure you don’t want to watch me groom myself? There is so much I could teach you! God knows you could use some practice!

  4. By this time next year, I will have amassed enough wealth via selling refurbished litter boxes on Amazon.com to live out my days on my island escape in the Bahamas away from Frodo the Feckless and Zulu the Zero!!

Guess Who’s Back?

It’s Tony! He’s the neighbor’s cat who comes to visit my backyard sometimes. You may remember that Frodo befriended him and then was promptly let astray.

Tony clearly feels very comfortable here.

Amarula is not so enamored with Tony!

Zulu has not made up his mind yet…

ZULU: He has such nice fluffy fur. Is it possible that this Tony character is as good looking as me? That will not do…

Frodo was quick to welcome Tony back for the first visit of the summer as Amarula looked on cautiously!

FRODO: Yippee! Tony, my brother from another mother!

Amarula could not decided whether she wanted to let Tony stay or not…

Finally Amarula let the two boys hang out together!

After all, who could say no to that face?!

  1. Fireworks go off every time I enter a room. My very presence is just that exciting!
  2. My favorite 4th of July picnic food is hotdogs. Sadly, I have since learned that they don’t actually contain dogs.
  3. I begin every day with fireworks. It’s just the way I roll cause I am cool like that!
  4. Unsliced bread_is the best thing since sliced bread. It’s just easier to shove in your mouth when it’s not sliced!

Home Sweet Home!

I’m back from my trip to Spain! The trio spent about 10 minutes greeting me but an hour checking out the suitcase! They each had their own typical reaction to my return…

ZULU: You went all the way to Spain and didn’t bring me back a Flamenco outfit?!

FRODO: Yeah! So glad mom is back. I’m going to stay in the suitcase so you have to take me with you on your next trip!

AMARULA: What do you mean you didn’t bring me back a Spanish mouse or even some Spanish cat nip? I am not amused.
