We just got back from the vet. Sadly the vet mentioned that Frodo was getting a bit chubby and the vet mentioned the “d” word! Gasp!
FRODO: The D word, what’s the D word?
FRODO: Donuts! Does the D stand for donuts!?? I love donuts
FRODO: By the look on your face I am guessing that the “D” does not stand for donuts!
(Sadly Frodo has to go on a bit of a diet!)

AMARULA: Amarula is not amused. I come out here to find the deck and yard covered in snow. My tootsies grow cold as my temper grows hot. Nope. Not happy at all.
AMARULA: Oh God! Why do you forsake me so! I thought we had an agreement that last year was the very last winter ever!
AMARULA: You asked for it snow…I am giving you the evil eye. My evil eye puts fear into even the fiercest of foes.
AMARULA: Well, apparently snow is as immune to my evil eye as Frodo is! I am not happy!

FRODO: I hope the human doesn’t come back until I am done licking up all this good stuff
FRODO: Oh oh she is back and I think she sees me and she does not look happy!!
FRODO: Just one last big lick! I’m sure the human will appreciate how well I am cleaning the mixer. I am such a good kitchen helper. I hope she makes cookies again soon!

Frodo is my favourite running partner. That’s because he loves to fall asleep on my sweaty running jacket. And when he’s asleep on my jacket, I don’t want to disturb him so I have to cancel my run for the day! What else could I possibly do!?

(I am hoping Frodo sleeps right through winter! I hate winter running!)
