FRODO: Hey big brother, can I please have the window seat now? You’ve had it for hours and mom says we should share!
ZULU: Yeah, yeah in a minute. You know how important it is for me to get sun and work on my tan! The ladies love me with a tan! One more minute!
FRODO: How long is a minute again?
ZULU: About two hours.
FRODO: Something about that just seems wrong….I don’t think you’re ever going to let me have the window seat…
FRODO: OUT ZULU! It’s my turn now! I have been practicing my assertiveness training.
ZULU: Are you sure you want to mess with me little brother?
FRODO: Hear me ROAR!
ZULU: You asked for it!
ZULU: Got ya!
FRODO: Hey no tickling! No fair, no fair!
FRODO: Uncle! Uncle!
ZULU: Oh oh it’s mom! Nothing happening here mom! I was just making room for my best pal and brother Frodo!

- My favorite Dr. Seuss book is _The Cat in The Hat of course. We torties are so lucky that we look good in everything, including hats! Imagine a dog trying to wear a hat! Never! They would look ridiculous. Unlike us felines, they lack the dignity and elegant bone structure to carry it off!
- The most interesting person I have ever met is I will give you a clue…a see her every time I look in the mirror!
- Besides books by Dr. Seuss, my favorite book as a child was though I have not actually read it yet, I assume I would love 101 Dalmatians. Apparently, Cruella De Vil takes a bunch of Dalmatian dogs to make a coat. It sounds marvelous! I can’t think of a better use for a canine!
- Lately, I have been working on my memoirs. I plan to call it: A Feline Opines: The Sage Musings of A Misunderstood Mouser. Send money now for your autographed copy!
It’s Quitting Time!

AMARULA: What part of quitting time do you not understand human?
AMARULA: How could this computer possibly hold your interest more than me?

AMARULA: What part of “pet me NOW” don’t you understand? I am perfectly prepared to “deposit” a little “present” on your desk if you continue to ignore me!

- My favorite president is the president of the “Vote Amarula for President” club because naturally, I am the president (and the only member if I’m being honest).
- This weekend, I have plans to shred, maim, nap, nap, nap, cough hairballs up on Frodo while he sleeps, nap, nap, poop in Zulu’s favorite bed by the fire, nap, nap, revel in my tortiness, nap.
- I love my fur coloring. Though Zulu describes it as “something that Halloween threw up” I believe I look resplendent!
